Keci Evi

Keci Evi is a gorgeous 3 ensuite bedroom village house in Gokbel, an undeveloped, rural, village 15 minutes from Dalyan. Keci Evi has large terraces, a private infinity swimming pool and a natural 8000 square metre garden containing ancient olive and pine trees. Keci Evi has unbelievable panoramic sea, mountain and village views.

There are many ideal spots for lazy days on sun beds or hammocks, enjoying sundowners watching the spectacular sunsets or sitting under the stars enjoying evening barbecues or homemade pizzas from the wood fired oven. For larger groups than 6, Cicek Evi is located in the same area.

 

Villa Hatira

Villa Hatira is a beautiful detached 3 bedroom villa with spacious terraces, a large private pool and mature gardens. It is ideally positioned opposite a park and just 5 minutes walk from the centre of Dalyan with all the shops, restaurants, bars and riverside walks within easy reach.

From the open plan living areas french doors lead onto the spacious veranda, the perfect place to watch the wildlife and the sunset over the mountains whilst enjoying an al fresco drink or meal. The garden has a shaded seating area and a barbecue. You can also pick your own olives, bananas, peaches, lemons and oranges depending on the season.

Cicek Evi

Cicek Evi is a private luxury villa that offers stunning views from Gokbel village across the valley to the beach and out to sea.  Set in the foothills with a back drop of mountains it is only 8 minutes to the beach and 15 minutes to Dalyan.

Three ensuite bedrooms sleep six and all bedrooms have airconditioning. The spacious open plan  downstairs leads to the terraces and pool area. This is an ideal retreat from the hustle and bustle of life, a real oasis of relaxation. For larger groups than 6, Keci Evi is located in the same area.

 

 

Villa Karya

This villa was completely refurbished in 2010 and is now very luxurious in style and design.

This 4 bedroomed villa is set in a 1000 square metre garden which contains many mature trees, flowers and shrubs. A natural stone wall surrounds the pool area for extra privacy. Within the garden you will also find plenty of outdoor furniture where you can dine, chill out and read or simply sit in the shade by the large pool. Villa Karya is located 5 minutes from the main street of Dalyan.

 

 

Villa Limonlu Konak

This 6 bedroomed property set amongst orchards of orange, lemon, peach, pear and plum trees. Limonlu Konak has a very traditional feel to it, with imported antique furniture and original handmade carpets and kilims.

The villa has a large terrace area facing the private pool and a beautiful shaded seating area with views of the surrounding orchards.

 

 

 

Villa Lottie

Villa Lottie is a luxurious 4 bedroomed spacious villa set in the Arikbasi area, only a 15 minute walk to the Dalyan town, or a 5 minute bicycle ride.

The large terrace leads out to the huge pool and Jacuzzi where there are sun loungers and parasols. There is a large garden where you can sit amongst the lemon and palm trees, or just relax in the shaded seating area.

For those wishing to dine alfresco there are tables and chairs and a stone built barbecue.

 

 

Villekulla

Brand new for 2012 this 5 bedroom villa is situated just 5 minutes easy walk from the town centre in the sought after quiet area of Maraş.

There is a large 1000sqm garden containing a private pool and jacuzzi with an outdoor bar and bbq area, outdoor shower and shaded traditional Turkish seating area. There is also a large open plan living dining and kitchen area with comfortable furniture and spacious eating areas.

There is an outdoor multi gym in the park adjacent to Villekulla.

 

Villa Pinar

Villa Pinar is a 4 bedroomed private villa with a wonderful, light open plan interior with top quality furnishings for your comfort.

Villa Busra is a modern, contemporary and private four bedroom villa situated in a quiet location on the edge of Dalyan. It is 15-20 mins walk to the centre of Dalyan along the block paved road or riverside path.

The villa sleeps eight people in two doubles and two twin rooms. Outside there is a private pool, childrens pool, shower, terrace and bbq with seating for eight people.
