Overview
Villa Palm Tree Dalyan is a lovely holiday home with all the amenities and luxuries that are essential for a fabulous care-free holiday.
The villa has been continually upgraded, with new balcony furniture , new sun lounger and seat cushions , new air conditioning units and a new front door all added recently.
Villa Palm Tree Dalyan has been designed and built with space and luxury in mind inside and outside the villa and is on a large 1100 sqm plot with extensive gardens. A welcome pack is provided for guests to start their stay in comfort.
The main street of Dalyan with its bars, restaurants and shops are a 5-10 minute level walk away as is the river harbour where boats can be hired for short trips and longer trips out to sea or upstream to beautiful Koygeyiz ake.
Dalyan is in a conservation area and as a result there are no permanent buildings allowed on the beach. There are however toilets, changing facilities and small cafes. The beach can be reached by either river boat or dolmus (mini bus). Areas are allocated for seating as the beach is a nesting site for the Loggerhead turtle and as the summer is nesting and hatching season the beach is closed from 20.00 - 08.00 during this period.
Across the river from Dalyan you can explore the ancient city of Caunos where you can literally walk over history. The view from this site are amazing with a backdrop of mountains and the Dalyan river delta ending in Iztuzu beach.
Pool and Garden
There is a 12m private pool ,suitable for swimming lengths or just relaxing. There are sunbeds, cushions, a dining area and informal seating areas on the surrounding terraces.
Kitchen, Dining and lounge
The kitchen is completely fitted out with everything you would want from a holiday home. The adjacent dining table and chairs make for internal dining if preferred. The lounge is on the first floor, with doors out on to the balcony where there is further relaxed style seating to admire the lovely views.
Bedrooms
There are four bedrooms sleeping 8 people in total with a mix of doubles and twin rooms, all ensuite.
There is a utility area and the whole villa is air conditioned throughout.
