The Terrace

Villam Cagri has sliding doors leading from the house out onto the poolside terrace and from there into the garden.

There is a dining table and chairs on the terrace perfect for alfresco dining. There is also a relaxed seating area, both of which directly overlook the pool and can be shaded with parasols if required.

The garden contains a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with BBQ, fitted kitchen, fridge and dining table. Adjacent to the pool there are sun loungers and parasols and a poolside toilet and shower. The pool is 0.5m deep at the shallow end, gently sloping to 1.6m deep at the far end. There is a separate childrens pool next to the shallow end. The garden is surrounded by mature trees, bushes and a garden wall.

There is parking at the villa.

Kitchen, Dining and Lounge

The beautiful open plan kitchen and central island has granite worktops and gloss white units and is equipped with oven, hob, microwave, sandwich maker, dishwasher, fridge freezer, kettle, toaster and more.

The central family dining table has views onto the terrace, pool and garden.

The lounge has spacious seating, Turkish satellite TV and DVD.

Villam Cagri is fully air conditioned throughout. There is a separate ground floor cloakroom and shower that doubles as the bathroom for the ground floor bedroom.

Bedrooms

The four bedrooms are all modern, light and airy.

Bedroom 1 is a ground floor double with double aspect, air conditioning, fitted wardobes and a bathroom across the hall.

Bedroom 2 is a first floor double room en suite with double aspect, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an additional childrens bed or cot if required – if not, it will be stored away before your arrival. There are doors onto the first floor shared balcony with views looking out over the pool and garden to the surrounding mountains. Bedroom 3 is a first floor twin room en suite with air conditioning, fitted wardrobes and air conditioning. There are doors onto the first floor shared balcony with views looking out over the pool and garden to the surrounding mountains.

Bedroom 4 is a mirror image of bedroom 2, so a first floor double room en suite with double aspect, air conditioning, fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and an additional childrens bed or cot if required – if not, it will be stored away before your arrival. The ensuite contains the washing machine and tumble drier housed under the sink and marble worktop. There are doors onto the first floor shared balcony with views looking out over the pool and garden to the surrounding mountains.
