Pool Terrace

The pool and terrace have stunning panoramic sea views with a huge private infinity swimming pool, spacious terraces, sun loungers and parasols.

The infinity pool is much larger than a normal villa pool and features a shallow section into which sun loungers can be placed plus a separate Jacuzzi.

There is an alfresco dining area that seats 10 guests, a BBQ, outdoor furniture and pool shower.

The pool dimensions are 20m x 5m x 1.60m deep.

Kitchen, Dining & Lounge

The open plan living space is cool, contemporary and light with full height and width windows providing lovely views across the pool terrace to Kalkan bay from all areas.

The stunning kitchen and island have white units and black granite worktops with every modern appliance you need including electric oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster, crockery, cutlery, tableware and glassware.

The dining table seats 10. The whole area is marble floored and air conditioned.

The lounge has a large L shaped cream leather seating unit, coffee table, Flat screen TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi.

There is a separate utility cloak room with washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes airier, and WC.

Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom ensuite with shower and air conditioning. The door opens onto the pool terrace with those fantastic sea views.

First Floor

Bedroom 2 is a master double bedroom ensuite with shower, jacuzzi and air conditioning. The door opens onto the front balcony with spectacular sea views.

Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom ensuite with shower and air conditioning. The door opens onto the front balcony with spectacular sea views.

Bedroom 4 is a double bedroom ensuite with shower and air conditioning. The door opens onto the front balcony with spectacular sea views.
