Pool Terrace

The external entrance to the terrace at Villa Amelia is through a private garden area. The terrace has sea and old olive grove views and is quiet and private.
There is an outdoor dining table, informal seating area, sunbeds, parasols and a feature stone built BBQ. The pool size is 7m x 7m maximum x 1.5m deep. There is a table tennis table and secure private parking at the villa.

Lounge, Dining & Kitchen

The living area is open plan with marble floors and glass doors leading to the terrace from all areas.
The kitchen is fully equipped with kettle, toaster, large fridge freezer, electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher, crockery, cutlery and glassware.
The dining area comfortably seats 8 people. The whole area is air conditioned.
The lounge has large sofas facing a flat screen Smart TV, DVD, CD player and open fireplace. There is unlimited Wifi.
There is a ground floor cloakroom with iron, ironing board and washing machine. There is a safe for guests use.

Bedroom 1:
Bedroom 1 is the master double bedroom ensuite with shower. There is air conditioning and a balcony to the front sea view.
Bedroom 2:
Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom ensuite with shower. There is air conditioning and a balcony with sea view.
Bedroom 3:
Bedroom 3 is a twin bedroom ensuite with shower. There is air conditioning and a balcony with sea view.
Bedroom 4:
Bedroom 4 is a double bedroom ensuite with shower. There is air conditioning and doors to the roof terrace with sun loungers and a parasol.
