Outside

Upon arrival, you are welcomed by the blue ornate metal gate. Follow the steps down to the front door.

Please be aware that Villa Hayat is not suitable for persons of limited mobility due to the number of steps down to the villa, and also the number of steps within the villa.

Pool Terrace

You open the doors onto the raised dining area. A large round table and eight chairs sit under a canopy, perfect for al fresco dining.

The pool terrace is complete with eight sunbeds and three large sun shades for your comfort. There is a pool shower to one side.

Table and chairs are situated upon a raised terrace, which is also accessible from the bedroom on this floor. A Webber BBQ completes this area.

The pool is 7m x by 7m x 1.5m deep.

Kitchen, Dining and Lounge

The entrance hall opens out into a very large, spacious open plan living area.

The fully fitted kitchen is complete with a marble breakfast bar, oven, fridge freezer, and microwave. Filter coffee machine and as much crockery and kitchen implements as you would ever want or need.

Next, you come to the dining area, with huge solid wood table and eight chairs, sideboard and easy chairs.

Continue on to the wonderful lounge area with plenty of comfortable seating and large flat-screen TV and wifi.

Floor to ceiling windows and doors finish off this room, with views of the pool terrace and beyond.

The washing machine is located in the hall under the stairwell.

The villa is air conditioned and has wifi throughout

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 is on the same level as the open plan living area and is a king size double room. The bathroom is off the hall, and adjacent to this bedroom is a large shower room.Doors lead out to a raised seating area to the side of the pool terrace.

Stairs lead to the first floor, which is flooded with light due to the floor to ceiling windows. Here, you will find:

Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with king-size bed, fitted furniture, air conditioning and an en suite shower room. There is a large balcony with stunning views of Mouse Island and Snake Island and Kalkan Harbour.

Bedroom 3 is a twin-bedded room with en suite shower room and again fitted furniture and air conditioning.

The master suite. A very large room with comfortable club chairs and a king-size bed with Ottoman. There is also an en suite shower room. On a raised platform in the bedroom, there is a large round Jacuzzi bath. The floor to ceiling doors open onto a huge, furnished balcony which also has two sunbeds. The views from this room and its balcony are quite spectacular.
