Pool Terrace

The pool and terrace have panoramic stunning sea and Kalkan town views. The sunbathing area is large and the pool has an infinity end. There are sunbeds and parasols for guests.

The pool is 9m x 3.5m x 1.55m deep.

There is outside alfresco dining and relaxing furniture, an outdoor shower and those stunning ocean views.


Lounge, Dining & Kitchen

There is a spacious open plan lounge kitchen diner with double french doors lead out to the pool and terrace.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with electric oven , hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle & toaster, coffee maker.

The indoor dining table seats 6.

The lounge has a large L shaped cream leather seating unit, coffee table, Flat screen TV, DVD player and Wi-Fi

The utility/cloakroom, has a washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes airier, and WC.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 is Double Bedroom en-suite with air conditioning and a large balcony with spectacular sea views. There is a table and chairs on the balcony so you can enjoy spending time in there.

Bedroom 2 is Twin Bedroom en-suite with air conditioning and a large balcony with spectacular sea views. There is a table and chairs on the balcony so you can enjoy spending time in there.

Bedroom 3 is Twin Bedroom en-suite with air conditioning and a large balcony with spectacular sea views. There is a table and chairs on the balcony so you can enjoy spending time in there.

Note: Either of the twin Bedrooms can be made into a double bedroom prior to your arrival if you wish.
