Outdoor area

Sun loungers and parasols surround the large infinity pool where guests can swim and take in the fantastic views of the bay. There is also a comfortable seating area, an alfresco dining table, BBQ, table tennis and table football.

The garden areas of the villa are a pleasant addition, with grassed area to the front of the swimming pool and to both sides of the property along with mature flowering plants.

The pool size is 10 metres x 5 metres x 1.55 metres deep. The pool can be heated if required at an additional charge of £400 per week.

The villa can also be accessed via a gate from the pool terrace which makes the walk down into Kalkan town a little shorter. We suggest you can walk back uphill or get a short and cheap taxi ride if you have over indulged !

Ground floor

Spacious and contemporary plan living area which consists of a lounge, dining area and kitchen.

The sleekly designed kitchen contains a full range of modern appliances including large fridge/freezer a built in microwave, oven, electric kettle, hob, 10 person dinner set, toaster, toast machine, filter coffee machine, dishwasher and additional items for self-catering. The dining table seats 8 guests.

The lounge area features a large corner sofa with integrated speakers and armchair, fireplace, coffee table, laptop desk, big screen LCD TV (UK channels on Astra satellite and NETFLIX is available) and Wifi

There is also a separate toilet on this floor together with a handy storage room.

Because of the status of the villa, it is protected by a security alarm and CCTV

Large floor to ceiling glass doors lead out from the living area to pool and sea view terrace.

First floor (entry level)

There are two further double bedrooms located on this floor, together with a separate SAUNA.

Each of the double bedrooms has a Jacuzzi bath and separate en- suite rooms which are glass fronted. Both bedrooms have tv's, large wardrobe, a dresser /vanity table and sea view balconies.

Stairs lead down to the ground floor and living area or up to the second floor.

Second floor

There are two double bedrooms located on this level, each with en suite facilities and sea view balconies.

One bedroom has a Jacuzzi bath with integral shower, while the other has a Jacuzzi bath with a separate en suite shower room which is again glass fronted. Both bedrooms have tv's, large wardrobe, a dresser /vanity table.

A separated Turkish Hammam can also be found on this floor.

Top floor

A twin bedroom (two single beds)with en suite bathroom, wardrobe, dresser, TV and glass doors which lead to the roof terrace that is furnished with sofas, parasol and sun loungers and offers fantastic sea views over Kalkan Bay
