Pool Terrace

The pool and terrace has panoramic stunning sea views and a large private infinity swimming pool with sunbeds and sunshades.

There are a large rattan seating set, 3 seater sofa, 2 armchairs and a low table. There is a BBQ with an alfresco dining table and chairs for 8 people. There is a pool table.

The pool is a salt water system pool. The pool size is 10m. x 4m x 1.6m deep with Jacuzzi. There is an option to heat the pool for an extra cost.

Kitchen, Dining and Lounge

The spacious open plan living area has double french windows looking out to the pool and patio area, and sea views. Three large sliding doors opening to the swimming pool area and terrace.

The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with electric oven, hob, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.

The adjacent indoor dining table seats 8 people.

The lounge has a large L shaped cream leather seating unit, coffee table, flat screen TV, DVD player, playstation, ipod dock and feature open fireplace.

The whole villa is airconditioned and has wifi throughout.

There is a separate utility cloakroom with washing machine, ironing board and iron, clothes airier, and WC.

Ground Floor

Bedroom 1 is a double room ensuite with jacuzzi and sea views. A door opens to the pool terrace.

First Floor

Bedroom 2 is a double room ensuite with jacuzzi and doors to front balcony with spectacular sea views.

Bedroom 3 is a twin room ensuite with doors to the front balcony with spectacular sea views.

Bedroom 4 is a double room ensuite with jacuzzi and doors to front balcony with spectacular sea views.
