It is a perfect setting, fairly close to all the town amenities and just off the Iztuzu beach road, but far enough away for total relaxation around the pool on those long and lazy Dalyan days.

The nearest shop is a 10 minute walk or 2 minute drive. The nearest restaurants are within a 15 minute walk or 5 minute drive. Taxis operate every day if you want to walk into town and get a lift back after dinner.

Pool Terrace

The outside space at Villa DLux-1 is to the front of the villa and set around the pool. There are low level walls and planting running around the perimeter with virtually no passing traffic along this quiet country lane.

The private pool is 50sq metres and has pool lights for that relaxing evening backdrop. There is a ladder into the pool and no shallow end, so it is deep and large enough for swimming in. There are 6 quality rattan style sun loungers along the pool terrace with poolside tables sun shades.

There are two outdoor tables with 6 chairs at each for separated shaded seating or bringing together for alfresco dining for up to 12 people.

Kitchen, Dining and Lounge

Full height and width sliding glass doors lead from the pool terrace into the spacious, open plan living area containing the kitchen, dining area and lounge.

The flush, gloss kitchen is fully fitted with black granite worktops and stainless steel appliances. It is equipped with an electric oven, hob, microwave, fridge freezer, water cooler, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, glassware, tableware, crockery and cutlery for 10 people.

The indoor dining table seats 6 people. Villa DLux-1 has tiled floors and air conditioning throughout. There is a ground floor toilet and shower room and a separate utility or storage area.

The lounge has two sofas and one armchair facing the satellite TV and DVD player. WiFi is included.

All open plan areas have beautiful views onto the pool terrace and garden that also flood the interior with light.

Wide marble stairs with aluminium hand rails lead to the first floor bedrooms.

Bedrooms

Bedroom 1 is a ground floor double bedroom en suite with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 2 is a first floor single bedroom en suite with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes.

Bedroom 3 is a first floor triple bedroom en suite with air conditioning and fitted wardrobes. There is a lovely picture window with views out over the neighbouring orchards.

Bedroom 4 is a large first floor double bedroom en suite with air conditioning. There are doors leading out onto the balcony with rattan seating.

Bedroom 5 is a large first floor double bedroom en suite with air conditioning. There are twin showers in the en suite.

There is a central landing between all bedrooms with sliding doors onto the balcony so that you do not have to go through a bedroom to access it.

For large groups, the villa next door is Villa Dalyan Tulip proving plenty of space and contrasting styles for large groups to be together, while also choosing their own personal preferences
