Pool Terrace

The gorgeous pool terrace has uninterrupted panoramic views of Kalamar bay that can be enjoyed from the poolside bar, the shaded pergola or the sun loungers.

There is a BBQ and dining table perfect for alfresco meals and a table tennis table for the more active.

The large infinity pool is perfect for swimming lengths or just resting on the infinity edge gazing lazily out to sea. The pool dimensions are 11.5m x 4.5m by 1.7m deep. It is single depth with a ladder to get in and out.

Kitchen, Dining and Lounge

Indoors the open plan living area is light, bright and decorated in neutral colours. It is air conditioned throughout.

The kitchen has lovely white units under black granite worktops housing an oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, fridge freezer with icemaker, glasses, cutlery, crockery and tableware.

The adjacent dining table has seating for 8 people and views over the pool terrace.

The lounge has large sofas and chairs, a satellite TV with English channels, DVD, CD, Wifi and open marble fireplace.

There is a separate shower room toilet and utility with washing machine.

Bedrooms

All six en suite bedrooms occupy the two upper floors, and have floor to ceiling full width glass windows to ensure everyone wakes up to those wonderful views.

Bedroom 1 is a double bedroom en suite with dressing room, shower room, air conditioning and sea facing private balcony

Bedroom 2 is a double bedroom with en suite shower room and Jacuzzi bath. It has a shared balcony

Bedroom 3 is the master double bedroom with en suite shower room, TV, dressing area and double jacuzzi. It has a shared balcony

Bedroom 4 is a twin bedroom with en suite shower room, dressing area and shared balcony

Bedroom 5 is a twin bedroom with en suite shower room, dressing area and shared balcony.

Both twin bedrooms can be converted to double bedrooms if required.

Bedroom 6 is on the ground floor and is en-suite.
